Texting While Driving Banned in California

LOS ANGELES – Effective Jan. 1, it is illegal to compose, send, and read a text, instant message, or e-mail, as well as browse the Web from any mobile device while operating a motorized vehicle in California.

New Proposal Announced to Increase the Use of Natural Gas

WASHINGTON – New legislation will be introduced that will compel automakers to make 10 percent of their fleet vehicles run on natural gas by the year 2018.
