Drive America Holdings, Inc. Announces New CFO

CARROLLTON, TX – Drive America Holdings, Inc. has appointed Michael Barton as its chief financial officer. As Drive America expands its business, gains new clients and partners, and further develops its operations in North America, Barton will be instrumental in helping to achieve successful results for the company.

Barton has had a successful career in a variety of industries, most recently as CFO for First Extended Service Corp., a subsidiary of a Fortune 100 company, where he has been for the previous 12 years. While there, he also managed operations for two property and casualty insurance companies.

"As we continue to expand our business and operations, we believe that Mike will be instrumental in maximizing the efficiency of our operation, increasing the value of the service we provide to our partners and to our members," said Thomas Boughton, president of Drive America.
