Safest U.S. Drivers in Idaho & Wisconsin

WINSTON-SALEM, NC – Idaho and Wisconsin drivers ranked highest as most knowledgeable about basic road rules in the 2009 GMAC Insurance National Drivers Test, while New York drivers scored lowest.
