TREVOSE, PA – The CEI Group, Inc. (CEI) has introduced enhancements to DriverCare Risk Manager, its web-based fleet risk and safety service, that streamline client motor vehicle report (MVR) ordering. The new features include:

  • MVR Ordering from the Website – Administrators can now order MVRs directly from the Risk Manager site by clicking on a hyperlink embedded in every fleet driver’s electronic file.
  • Driver Authorization Request Status – An indicator appears next to the MVR ordering hyperlink that shows whether a driver has given his signed authorization for management to secure his MVR, as required by law.
  • The indicator shows which of five stages of the authorization process has been completed.
  • Email Notice – Administrators can now request an email alert notifying them when a driver’s MVR has been received by CEI and is viewable.

Ed Corbally, CEI’s director of risk and safety services, noted that the enhancements were made in response to input from CEI’s DriverCare Users’ Group.
