LeasePlan Finalizes Acquisition of DaimlerChrysler Fleet Management France

AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS– LeasePlan has announced the finalization of the agreement with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services France to purchase its subsidiary Daimler Chrysler Fleet Management France, which operates under the brand name DCS Flee, according to Fleet Europe magazine.

On March 18, LeasePlan Corporation announced this acquisition, saying it will further strengthen LeasePlan France's position as one of the top players in the French multi-brand operational leasing market, with a managed fleet well above 100,000 vehicles.
