Lincoln Offers Unlimited Live Operator Assist Access Via SYNC for Three Years

DEARBORN, MI – Lincoln is offering unlimited live operator assistance through Lincoln SYNC services for the first three years of ownership at no cost. Lincoln SYNC Services is included with every Lincoln, including the all-new MKZ.

A driver can contact a live operator 24 hours a day when looking for directions or searching for business addresses, according to Lincoln. The brand noted that 70% of all calls placed via Lincoln SYNC Services are either to locate a business or to get turn-by-turn directions.

When a live operator assists a user with a business search, the user can ask for turn-by-turn directions to the business, to receive a text message with company’s name, address, and phone number, or connect the user to the business. The a live operator assists with address entry, the user can ask to have to directions sent to the vehicle.

A company called MyAssist provides the live operator assist on behalf of the Lincoln brand. The company is a live assistance and telematics service company based in Stevens Point, Wis.
