LIVONIA, MI - Prime Time Shuttle is making the switch to propane with the addition of ROUSH liquid propane-powered Ford E-350s to its fleet.

Prime Time Shuttle will replace its existing fleet with 200 ROUSH propane-powered shuttle vans within the next 24 months, the company announced June 23. Each shuttle van consumes more than 7,500 gallons of gas annually; by switching to propane, Prime Time Shuttle will save more than 1.5 million gallons of gasoline each year.

"As one of the principal pioneers in shared ride transportation, it makes sense for us to take the lead in alternative fuel vehicles to reduce emissions and help clean the air above Southern California. ROUSH presents to us, with their propane fuel system, a tried and true technology that cannot be beat in terms of longevity and reliability," said Prime Time Shuttle President Rattan Joea.

Prime Time Shuttle is an exclusive concessionaire of LAX, part of the Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) family of airports.
