Dahm Returns to CFO Role for LeasePlan USA

July 30, 2009

Dave DahmALPHARETTA, GA - LeasePlan USA announced July 29 that David Dahm, current chief operating officer (COO) and former chief executive officer (CEO) and chief financial officer (CFO), will take on the role of CFO, effective immediately.

Dahm was CFO for nine years with LeasePlan USA prior to becoming CEO in 2000. In August 2008, he stepped down from his CEO position to assume his COO role, with Mike Pitcher appointed as president and CEO.

"His experience as a former CFO, our CEO, and COO will provide him with a solid foundation to lead our financial efforts once again," said Pitcher.

The announcement came after Annelies Bouma, current CFO, was promoted to the financial director and CFO position for LeasePlan Netherlands. Bouma will begin her new role on Sept. 1. Bouma joined LeasePlan USA in August of 2006, after spending four years at LeasePlan Corporation as senior vice president of control, reporting and tax.

"During her time with LeasePlan USA, Annelies brought many best practices from LeasePlan Corporation to our finance department and made significant contributions during her international assignment with us," said Pitcher.
