DES PLAINES, IL – Wheels, Inc., a leader in the multi-billion-dollar fleet leasing industry, announced Jane McMonagle, 50, has been appointed to vice president of vehicle operations, where she will be responsible for vehicle acquisitions, manufacturer relations, vehicle remarketing, and license and title.

McMonagle will report directly to Mary Ann O’Dwyer, senior vice president of finance and operations, CFO and director for Wheels, and will continue her participation in company initiatives, such as: Client Delight, New Client on Boarding, Business Recovery and Product Development.

“From the moment she walked in the door Jane has made an impact through her leadership in day to day operations and in responding effectively to extraordinary events such as manufacturer bankruptcies, vehicle recalls and transformational technology projects,” said O'Dwyer. “She displays the business experience and commitment to customers that Wheels strives for and celebrates.”

Most recently, McMonagle served as assistant vice president of operations for Wheels. Prior to joining the fleet management company in 2007, McMonagle held positions of increasing responsibility at Entertainment Publications and the Office Products group for Rubbermaid. In the 25-year span of her career, she has gained diverse experience in operational management, logistics, technology, customer service and sales.

McMonagle earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada.
