BMW of North America has raised the price of several of its 2015 model year SUVs, including the X1 and X5, from $300 to $1,000 due to inflationary pressure, the automaker has announced.

Three X1 compact SUV models including the X1 sDrive28i, X1 xDrive28i, X1 xDrive35i will see a $300 MSRP bump. The X5 sDrive35i, X5 xDrive35i and X5 XDrive35d will increase $700. The X5 XDrive50i sees the largest price increase of $1,000.

BMW is charging a destination and handling fee of $950 for all models.
