Rich Forstner, an automotive collision expert with Element Fleet Management has received recognition within the automotive industry as a World Class Technician, the fleet management company announced.

Forstner, the newest member of the elite World Class Technician group at Element Fleet, joins recently certified technicians Freddie Castillo, Jeremy Richardson, and Lamont Burck, who serve as automotive technical leads for Element Fleet's Customer Care Center.

"Recipients of the World Class Technician Award are truly the best of the best, and the Auto Care Association is proud to recognize these professionals with National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)," said Kathleen Schmatz, president and chief executive of the Auto Care Association.

"These technicians, and our entire Customer Care team, deliver on-the-spot expertise and proactive service to our customers, resulting in significant cost savings and maximum up-time for fleet vehicles," said Jim Halliday, Element Fleet's president and chief executive.

Only two percent of the more than 800,000 automotive technicians working in the United States have earned the World Class distinction, according to the Auto Care Association and ASE.
