MEMPHIS, TN - Mary Kay Runyan joined ServiceMaster as VP of fleet April 19. In her new role, Runyan leads the fleet department and reports to Mark Peterson, senior vice president and treasurer. Runyan succeeds Mike St. Clair, who assumed a management position at Terminix, one of eight ServiceMaster brands.

Runyan will develop and implement the overall fleet management strategy and be responsible for successful operations of ServiceMaster's 16,000-vehicle fleet in the U.S. and Canada. Previously, Runyan was director, North American Fleet Operations for Coca-Cola Enterprises, responsible for policy, process, and operational performance of a $175 million maintenance operation across the U.S. and Canada, in support of 50,000 pieces of on-road delivery trucks and material handling equipment. She served in several leadership capacities, including as VP fleet and logistics and procurement chief for Waste Management and an officer in the U.S. Navy. Runyan holds a Master's in Logistics Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Math/Operations Analysis, and is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate.
