Geotab's CEO Neil Cawse has been nominated as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 Award in the Canadian program, the telematics provider has announced.

This award spotlights success in innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to business and community. Cawse was selected as a finalist from hundreds of nominations by a panel of independent judges.

"Over the next five years, I see the telematics industry and IT experiencing a huge boom, as Geotab continues to lead the world in engineering and R&D with the overarching goal of improving safety and efficiency through telematics," said Cawse.

Regional award winners are eligible for consideration for the Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur of the Year national program. Award winners in several national categories, including the overall national Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year category, will be announced at the annual awards gala on Oct. 29.
