Garcia
Philip Garcia was named parking and fleet manager for Google Inc. in Mountain View, Calif. He assumed this position in January 2015.
Prior to this, Garcia was associate director of parking and transportation services for Stanford University, where he worked from 2003 to 2015.

Mike Antich covered fleet management and remarketing for more than 20 years and was inducted into the Fleet Hall of Fame in 2010 and the Global Fleet of Hal in 2022. He also won the Industry Icon Award, presented jointly by the IARA and NAAA industry associations.
