Farmington, Conn.-based Motorlease Corporation has promoted Bradford Lutz to vice president, the fleet management company has announced.
Lutz began his career with Motorlease, and has been responsible for the design and development of the company's leasing software platform for the past 30 years. He has served on the board of directors since 2000, and was president of Wavecrest Technology, a Motorlease affiliate, from 2000 to 2015.
In his new role, Lutz will continue to oversee technology but will also be responsible for customer support.
"Enterprise-enabling technology is a critical component of client support," said CEO Beth Kandrysawtz. "Brad has been at the forefront of aligning customers with technology here at Motorlease, and we are pleased to announce his promotion."
Lutz is embracing the role.
"Ours is truly a customer-focused business and we define our success by how well we listen to our customers' needs and how quickly we respond to their requests," said Lutz. "Over the coming months, we will be launching the initial phase of our next-generation customer portal. This new design will meet our customers' changing needs by providing access to the data and metrics that matter most to their unique business needs."
The next-generation portal will help the company "continue to leverage technology to enhance and extend the premium live support experience that our customers have come to expect from Motorlease," Lutz said.
