McKenzie
Rashaan McKenzie was named director of fleet operations for Savin Engineers, P.C. in Baltimore, Md. He assumed this position in June of 2015.
Prior to this, McKenzie was fleet manager for Brinks Inc. in the Maryland area, a position he held from 2007 to 2015.
Savin provides environmental engineering and construction management services.
