Tom DiRocco, president of Advanced Driver Training Services (ADTS), will retire in January after serving in that role for 18 years, the company said. 

Karl New, previously with Pennsylvania engineering firm Remcal, will join ADTS and assume the position of company president upon DiRocco’s retirement. 

ADTS, headquartered in Trooper, Pa., is a leading provider of driver safety training services and products.

For the past 16 years, New has served as director of sales/marketing and operations for Remcal, an electromechanical design engineering firm in Warrington, Pa.

New also formerly served as director of sales and operations for Mechanics Tool Warehouse Inc. in Colmar, Pa. Mechanics Tool Warehouse primarily sells to national fleet managers.
