Jason Pennington was named fleet maintenance manager at UWS Universal Waste Systems Inc. in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. He assumed this position in November of 2016.
Prior to this, Pennington was equipment maintenance manager at Recology. Earlier, he was the fleet manager for Pacific Tank Lines in Riverside, Calif., from 2008 to 2015.
