Merchants Fleet Management has realigned its operation teams into five major groups that include client services, products and services, fleet operations, license and title, and credit.

The new operational teams will be led by Michelle Dillman, associate director of client services and integrations; Stephen Curt, assistant director of client services; James Crocker, director of fleet operations; Dan Hannan, executive director of products and services; and Cheryl Horn, director of fleet resources.

Donna Talbot, the current executive director of client services and client integrations, will retire on June 9, according to Merchants.

The realignment is intended to position Merchants Fleet Management for aggressive growth of its portfolio, according to the fleet management company.

“Each year we continue to grow our portfolio and this operational realignment will ensure we can continue to serve our current customers while bringing in new customers to the organization,” said Tom Coffey, VP of sales and marketing.
