Paul Milano was promoted in June to director of fleet operations at The Davey Tree Expert Company in Kent, Ohio.

Milano started his career at Davey Tree Expert Company in 2015 when he was hired as the corporate fleet manager.

Prior to this, Milano was director of fixed operations for AutoNation in North Canton, Ohio. He served in this position from 2013 to 2015.

Earlier, Milano was director of fixed operations for the Montrose Auto Group. From 2007 to 2013, Milano was responsible for all fixed operations departments encompassing 12 new-car franchises and over 300 fixed operations personnel.
