More than 300 multinational fleet professionals attended the 2018 Global Fleet Conference, which was held at the Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Rome, Italy, on May 28-30, 2018. The two-day conference featured 25 educational sessions that were presented by 51 subject-matter experts in multinational fleet management from 21 different countries.

The 2018 event had a record 319 fleet attendees from 31 countries, representing all seven continents

The conference’s educational agenda was built around seven themes: The Impact of Economic and Geopolitical Trends; Global Fleet Management Strategies; Sustainability; Safety Management; Innovations in Global Fleet Management; Mobility Management; and Regional Fleet Market Reports.

In addition to market reports on the U.S. and European Union, the conference included two in-depth regional fleet reports featuring multiple drill-down presentations on the Latin American and Asia-Pacific fleet markets.

The conference in Rome was the sixth edition of the Global Fleet Conference, which debuted in 2013 in Phoenix, Ariz. Since its inception, the conference has been a sell-out event.

The annual conference alternates between Europe and North America. The 2019 Global Fleet Conference will be held June 5-6, 2019 at the Hilton Miami Downtown in Miami, Fla.
