Merchants Fleet Management Hires HR Director

Merchants Fleet Management has hired Tracy Noel as its director of human resources, the Hooksett, N.H.-based fleet management company has announced.

Noel brings 13 years of HR experience to the role. She's a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University and has completed two certification programs, including SHRM-CP and PHR.

"People are our most important resource; therefore, we are investing in hiring the best HR talent to care for our employees," said Brendan Keegan, chief executive.

In late June, the company was named a Great Place to Work. Earlier this month, the fleet management company reached a milestone of 50,000 managed vehicles.
