Hyundai's 2019 Elantra will retail for at least $17,985 for a compact car that's receiving a heavy refresh for trim grades above the base SE model. That's a $150 increase from the outgoing model. The price includes an $885 delivery charge.

The base SE with a six-speed manual transmission remains the entry Elantra. Adding a six-speed automatic transmission adds $1,000. Hyundai sells the Elantra in six trim grades, including SE, SEL, Value, Eco, Limited, and Sport. Available engines include a 2.0-liter four-cylinder and 1.6-liter turbo GDI four-cylinder engines.

Pricing has been set at $20,285 for SEL, $21,285 for Value, $21,835 for Eco, $23,485 for Limited, $23,285 for Sport, and $24,385 for Sport with the seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The vehicle is on sale now.
