For its passenger cars, Kia will offer $2,300 for Soul, $3,600 for its Optima midsize sedan, $4,500 for Cadenza, and $4,700 for the K900. Kia is still determining the incentive for Forte.

For its electrified lineup, Kia will offer $3,200 for the Optima Hybrid and two separate incentives for the Soul EV. Kia will offer $5,000 for Soul EVs sold in 10 states, including California, Oregon, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Kia will offer $3,200 for Soul EVs sold in Georgia, Hawaii, Texas, and Washington. Kia hasn't announced an incentive for its Niro EV.

To be eligible for these incentives, commercial fleets must be set up as a vendor to submit direct orders or place their orders through a fleet management company.
