Fleet FAQ? Fleet Management & Leasing

Q. What is the primary concern around a low lease payment?

A. Focusing on the lowest lease payment possible can actually leave your business on the hook for significant amounts of money when exiting an open-end lease if you are not careful. In an open-end lease with a TRAC clause, if a vehicle is under-depreciated, a negative rental adjustment will occur at the time of termination, resulting in an outlay of cash.
