Fleet FAQ? Fleet Management & Leasing

Q. How can we customize our dashboards to track more aspects of the fleet operation?

A. Our clients customize reporting based on metrics that matter to their business. Customizable dashboards give fleet managers and administrators access to the information they need to easily make decisions based on their fleet performance. For example, an accounting team member may need to pay invoices related to maintenance charges and can set up customizable reports looking at expense reporting by vehicle or time period. A fleet manager may need to pull information and share vehicle data with leadership regarding how many miles were driven, average miles per gallon, or vehicle usage by VIN occurring within a given time period.

Having all your vehicle data available at your fingertips 24/7 will give you the flexibility to customize the information based on the organization’s needs at any given moment. Additionally, your account manager will have access to the same information and summarize the data to stay ahead of maintenance issues, improve driver productivity, and highlight safety concerns.
