The 2020 Global Fleet Conference has been postponed to September 2020, moving from its original date of May 25 – 27, 2020, announced Nexus Communication, who is hosting the conference this year.

The conference was to be held at the Sheraton Roma Hotel and Conference Center in Rome, Italy. The spread of COVID-19 has resulted in severe protective measures around the world. Updated dates and venues for the 2020 Global Fleet Conference will be confirmed later, according to Nexus Communication.

The Global Fleet Conference is designed exclusively for managers of the world’s largest multinational commercial fleets and suppliers servicing those fleets. The Global Fleet Conference is co-produced by Nexus Communication, publisher of Fleet Europe magazine, and Bobit Business Media, publisher of Automotive Fleet magazine.

The annual conference alternates between Europe and North America. The 2019 Global Fleet Conference was held in Miami, Fla., and was hosted by Bobit Business Media.

“Our team is in contact to make this conference happen and to ensure the quality of our events once this global sanitary crisis will have ended,” said Thierry Degives and Caroline Thonnon, CEOs of Nexus Communication, in a written communique to the industry.
