TREVOSE, PA – CEI has converted ClaimsLink to the Microsoft.Net platform, as well as its fourth-generation release of its proprietary online collision management application. The Microsoft.Net platform connects systems, information, and devices through Web services so people can collaborate and communicate more effectively. .NET technology is integrated throughout Microsoft products, providing the capability to quickly build, deploy, manage, and use connected, security-enhanced solutions through the use of Web services. ClaimsLink 4.0 Enhancements Include:

  • Ability for each fleet to view their 10 most recently filed claims on the home page and for users to view up to five claims at one time.
  • Global platform with 10 foreign languages, currencies, and unlimited conversions available.
  • Client alerts for real-time notifications, actions, and correspondence on claim issues between the CEI representative and the customer.

    ClaimsLink enables CEI customers to view via the Internet comprehensive information and generate reports about their damaged vehicles, including first notice of loss, repair shop assignments and estimates, repair progress, subrogation status, and rental and total expenses.
