MT. LAUREL, NJ – Automotive Resources International (ARI) has published a "Fuel Projection Report," a monthly report featuring actual average fuel costs from June 2008 to January 2009 and estimated average fuel costs through the end of 2010 for both U.S. regular gasoline and on-highway diesel. Cents per gallon costs are provided for five U.S. regions that cover the entire country.

ARI compiles the monthly report monthly using information from the Energy Information Administration.

"Budgeting fleet operating costs during this recession is a vital defense. The better prepared fleets are to deal with financial changes, the more intact they will remain while the automotive industry continues to transform," said Anthony Foursha, ARI manager of strategic consulting.

The report is available at www.ariresources.com.
