BMW's 5 Series will enter its seventh-generation as a lighter-weight luxury sedan with a new engine lineup and improved fuel efficiency, the automaker has announced.
BMW showed a 5 Series Gran Turismo sedan research vehicle powered by hydrogen fuel cell technology at its Innovation Days 2015 earlier this week.
The new action affects nearly 9,000 vehicles in the U.S., including some 3- and 5-Series Sedans.
