Auto Safety Systems Supplier Agrees to Plead Guilty to Price Fixing

WASHINGTON – Stockholm-based Autoliv Inc. has agreed to plead guilty for its role in a conspiracy to fix prices of seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels installed in U.S. cars, as well as the company’s role in a separate conspiracy to fix prices of seatbelts, the Department of Justice announced.
