Australia-based Seeing Machines, a company specializing in driver monitoring and intervention technologies, announced it has signed a 15-year strategic alliance with the American subsidiary of Takata Corp., a major supplier of automotive driver safety systems. Seeing Machines and TK Holdings will collaborate on new driver monitoring systems aimed at identifying driver distraction and fatigue.
