Lee Pierce

Lee Pierce has been named senior director, fleet operations, for DBi Services, where she will be responsible for the full operational functions of fleet.

DBi Services is an asset management and infrastructure services company that provides a wide spectrum of services for government and private entities in more than 400 cities and counties across North America, with a total fleet size of 5,000 assets.

Pierce officially entered her new role on Jan. 25, 2021. In her first 90 days with the company, she said she will be looking at financial impacts and internal processes for efficiency.

In 2020, Pierce was named the 2020 Edward J. Bobit Professional Fleet Manager of the Year. She was honored for implementing fleet restructuring initiatives at her company and her overall achievements in the industry at the virtual 2020 Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association’s (AFLA) NextGen Conference on Oct. 6, 2020.

Prior to her new role with DBi Services, she served as director of fleet and heavy equipment for Nutrien Ag Solution from. Earlier, she was the global fleet manager for Weatherford from 2016 to 2018. Her career in fleet began in 1998 at Service Corporation International (SCI), a funeral services company, where she worked as the fleet manager until 2010.
