SEATTLE – Mary Jo Briggs has been named director, fleet administration division for King County Department of Transportation in Seattle, Wash. Briggs succeeds Windell Mitchell, who retired last May after 31 years of service to King County. In addition, Mitchell was named Government Fleet magazine's 2008 Public Sector Fleet Manager of the Year.
