Tara Martines is now leading Ivyland, Pa.-based Corporate Claims Management, Inc. as its president and chief financial officer, according to the privately-held company.
CCM stockholders voted in late November to promote Martines, who had been serving as managing director. She has been serving in her new roles since Dec. 1, Robert Martines told Automotive Fleet. Robert Martines, Tara's father, remains active with the company as chairman. He oversees CCM's sales efforts.
Tara Martines has been actively involved "in all areas of operations, accident management, subrogation, vehicle remarketing and maintenance over the years," said Robert Martines. "She has been instrumental in helping our IT department create internal programs to simplify invoicing to clients as well as streamlining payments to clients and vendors."
Tara is responsible for financial matters and daily operations at CCM. She has been with the company since it's inception in 1994.
"She enters every situation fearlessly and with determination to succeed which our clients and staff appreciate greatly," said Robert Martines. "With her help and forward thinking, CCM reduced a significant amount of administration and behind-the-scenes clerical work to help reduce costs and keep our fees to our clients contained. Her ideas have been helpful in streamlining our entire AR and AP process as well as bringing safety management to the forefront for CCM."
