Second, always offer targeted training when a risk is identified. For example, if telematics tells you the driver has a tendency to hard brake, offer micro-training that targets that tendency immediately. And third, our educational experts recommend a steady drip of defensive driver training to fight driver complacency by keeping the focus on the best techniques. By steady drip, we mean at least 2 to 4 micro-sessions per year.
