Fleet Response has promoted Jodie Varner to vice president of client engagement, the Cleveland-based accident management provider announced.
In her new role, Varner will lead internal strategic initiatives and the customer engagement and satisfaction strategy of the organization. Varner had been director of business development and a member of the executive team.
Varner has spent nearly 15 years working with clients to evaluate programs, build solutions, and deliver data. She has developed Fleet Response's safety program, driver history profile, and onboarded clients with custom solutions. Most recently, she developed the company's third-generation online tool, Visibility, and mobile app.
