GE Capital Fleet Services has launched web-based reporting, an online tool designed to help fleet managers use fleet data to audit their bill and eliminate unnecessary expenditures. The web reporting tool is the latest enhancement to Your Office @ Fleet, GE Capital Fleet Services’ comprehensive web-based fleet management system. Through web-based reporting, an estimated 600,000 pages of paper mailed each month will be eliminated. The web reporting tool offers four levels of usage, designed to meet the unique requirements of any size fleet: 1. Basic reporting -- Through a secure user ID and password, users can access pre-defined reports, including billing, lease, fuel, and maintenance information. 2. Advanced reporting -- For additional flexibility and functionality, users can easily access additional features to create custom reports, view data from previous time periods, and take advantage of advanced analytical capabilities. 3. Subscription reporting -- Fleet managers can subscribe to reports and exception notices through the communication channel they prefer -- e-mail, pager, fax, PDA, mobile phone, or voice. 4. E-mail reporting -- Pre-defined reports are sent monthly via e-mail, giving managers of smaller fleets simplified reporting in a paperless environment.
